The final stage of the Cadet Regional Boxing Championships begins today at the Shamakhi Olympic Centre, where winners will be determined across 18 weight categories.

A total of 159 boxers representing 57 teams will compete in the tournament. The competition will conclude on May 26.

Bouts are scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, following the traditional teams’ parade ceremony.

It should be noted that Anar Babanli will serve as the tournament’s chief referee. In addition to Azerbaijani officials, the bouts will also be officiated by internationally certified referees from Kazakhstan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
